testing DXVA and LAV filter using MPC and Crimson 16.10.1

got round to testing DXVA using MPC
Tested two files (MPEG-TS)
same Results (tearing) as when playing MKV test video but these are not MKV files.

However playing another video format (MPEG-4) plays fine.
So different results with different formats.

H.264 content may experience blocky corruption

H.264 content may experience blocky corruption when streaming using P2P content players on some Radeon RX 400 series graphics products.
So at last h.264 get problem s a mention.
Not sure why Matroska is being quoted here. My problem can be created while streaming directly from terrestial or satellite diretly to player (DVBviewer). Also I don't use an MKV container for storage but .ts
